  I stopped off at their food truck parked on Britton near Western. Ladies running the place were very nice. I took some tacos home to the family. Barbacoa here is delicious, stewed, moist and tender. Discada also had very good flavor, dripping with juices from the chorizo and other cuts of pork, stewed with beef, tomatoes, onions, peppers, yummm. Asada was the weakest of the bunch, not much flavor and too dry.
  Strangely enough they charge 25 cents per salsa cup beyond 1 per order. One tiny cup sure didn't go very far. Their salsa verde has very good flavor and thickness, a bit spicy but not fire hot. Tortillas were a bit dry, too thin and not flakey like homemade done right. They only do one per taco, I prefer with two. Tacos are average size and fill for authentic, $1.50 each. They could fill them a bit more.
  Stick with the barbacoa here. Next time I'll split a burrito with my hubby, maybe add some guacamole. Ooo, and they have breakfast tacos!
